# Nukleus Council Election

To ensure fair representation and inclusivity, Nukleus Citizens assigned to a Clan have the right to nominate individuals for the 5 sub-council leadership seats. Among the top 10 nominees, stakers can delegate their votes to the nominees for the top 5 to become Council members.

The election process involves Nomination period of 4 days, and 3 days period for voting of Council Members among the accepted nominees. Nominees are proposed by citizens of a clan through a form on our website, and the final voting is done on the Snapshot platform.

Nominations and voting can only be made by citizens of the individual clans who are $NUKE token stakers.
